Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging, together with proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at customerservice@dimanoinmano.co.uk. Once your request has been approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our customer service team immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom-made or personalized products.

• Gift cards.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product first. Once the return has been accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.

European Union – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing any reason. The item must still meet the return conditions outlined above.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days after the return has been approved. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at customerservice@dimanoinmano.co.uk.
